Return and Refund Policy

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional offers included in your case, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and after checking their condition, the amount will be returned in accordance with the payment method made by the customer. In the case of payment in cash, the refund will be made by sending a check.

In any case, the return of defective products and wrong shipments will be accepted, and Newger Lda will be responsible. – Sollac Tintas® for the collection of products whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Newger Ltd. – Sollac Tintas® assumes responsibility arising from defects in origin or raw material of the product purchased and, if this happens, the product will be repaired, exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.

The product will not be returned after it has been used, or if it has been altered or modified.

Newger Ltd. – Sollac Tintas® is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, knocks or force majeure, nor for components subject to wear and tear due to normal use of the product.

The following products cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging, are defective or have been sent incorrectly:

Products brand NCS, RAL, Sollac Tintas, Maris Polymers, Graco, Werku, Gaehsa, Den Braven, Soudal, Indasa, 3M, Miarco, Universal, MTN.

The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective or have been sent incorrectly:

Customized products (paints, waterproofing, engineered cork, membranes, primers, and by-products that have been ordered with color adjustments).

Guarantee

If there is a manufacturer’s guarantee, for its validation, you must fill in the data included therein and send it, within 7 days, to Estrada Nacional 8, Pavilions FAS, Pav. B09, Cruz de Barro – 2560-241 Torres Vedras. Once stamped, it will be returned by post.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, non-compatible voltage, incorrect installation or application are not included.

Any order is subject to the availability of the product and in case of non-existence or difficulty in supply, Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. reserves the right to inform the user about the existence of alternative products, of equal or superior quality and value, which he may order.

Shipping costs to mainland Portugal normally take between 24h/48h, but are made by a contracted carrier, and shipping times and unforeseen circumstances can happen.
